Your Right to ODSP
If you are found ineligible for ODSP Employment Supports or your Employment Supports has been cancelled or suspended:
- You have the right to request a review of the decision.
- You must submit a letter to your local Employment Supports office outlining the reasons why you feel the decision made by the local office is incorrect.
Your Ability to Work
If your physician recommends a neuropsychological evaluation, you must abide by these rules in order to receive assistance from the proper programs. Our preference is that you continue to seek out opportunities by-the-book. Otherwise, your long term disability benefits may not help if you happen to get in an accident at work, or again.
