Meet Terio Francis

As a car accident victim, Terio understands the confusion, uncertainty, frustration and anxiety that comes with trying to regain a sense of normalcy following a collision. That is why TSF Law was founded to help the injured access quality and trusted legal services following a car accident or denial of long term disability benefits.
Born and raised in Toronto, Terio studied law at the Schulich School of Law at the University of Dalhousie in Nova Scotia. He went on to practice with a boutique personal injury firm gaining substantial litigation experience.
Terio has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the License Appeal Tribunal, arbitrated at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and successfully resolved numerous cases at mediation. Terio practices exclusively in personal injury.

Kristofer is a litigation lawyer with a passion for helping others. With over 10 years of insurance litigation experience, Kristofer places the interests of his clients at the forefront of his practice. Kristofer is known for being a fierce advocate who goes above and beyond for his clients.
Prior to joining TSF Law, Kristofer represented and defended some of Canada’s leading insurance companies. As a result, Kristofer has gained significant experience and knowledge about how insurance companies value and assess the risks associated with routine and complex claims and legal issues.
Over the years, Kristofer has gained significant trial and hearing experience; however, he also recognizes the value of negotiating a potential early resolution in order to provide, amongst other things, closure for his clients following their very traumatic experiences.
Andrea Seecharan
Associate
Andrea Seecharan is an Associate at TSF Law, specializing in insurance and personal injury litigation. She has dedicated her practice to advocating for individuals navigating the legal and financial challenges arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, and dog bite incidents.
Andrea is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic, and client-focused representation. She approaches each matter with careful attention to detail and a strong understanding of the complexities involved in the litigation process. Her goal is to provide clients with clear guidance and effective advocacy while working to achieve practical and meaningful outcomes.
Andrea regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and various Ontario tribunals, including the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Andrea graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Law, specializing in Business Law, before obtaining her LL.B. from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
Outside of her legal practice, Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and refining her culinary skills.

Licia Lionessa

Licia Lionessa is a senior Paralegal, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario since 2011. Licia has extensive experience in providing legal services in the areas of accident benefits, tort law, WSIB, and Small Claims Court matters. She has a passion for leading
clients across Ontario through the most challenging times in their lives with compassion and understanding. Licia’s strong medico-legal knowledge and case management skills ensure her clients have positive and timely results.
Outside of the office, Licia enjoys traveling with her family, Pilates, and the New
England Patriots.
Andreea Savin
Articling Student
Andreea Savin joined the firm two years ago as a front desk receptionist and has since transitioned into the role of articling student. During her time with the firm, she has become an integral part of the litigation team, assisting with client matters, court filings, legal documentation, and day-to-day litigation procedures. Her hands-on experience working closely with ongoing files has strengthened her passion for advocacy and client service.
Andreea obtained her Honours Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toronto before attending the University of Melbourne Law School in Australia. She also completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law, where she gained practical training in advocacy, negotiation, client relations, and legal practice management.
What Andreea enjoys most about her work is helping clients through difficult times and being part of the process of helping them obtain the justice they deserve. Having grown within the firm, she values the relationships she has built with both clients and colleagues and is excited to continue applying her education and practical experience to support and advocate for clients.
Marina Fonseca

Marina Fonseca has been working as a Law Clerk since 2009, bringing over 15 years of experience and dedication to the legal field. She completed the Law Clerk Program at Humber College and has developed a strong passion for assisting clients through every stage of the legal process with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
Outside of the office, Marina is a proud mother of three boys who keep her active and inspired. She enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family and friends. Her approachable personality and passion for connecting with people make her a valued part of the firm.
Maria Jitnikovitch

Maria Jitnikovitch is an Ontario Accident Benefits and Tort Law Clerk with extensive experience in personal injury law, including over 10 years working as an Accident Benefits Paralegal. With strong knowledge of accident benefits claims, tort litigation and insurance processes, Maria is dedicated to providing compassionate, detail-oriented, and efficient support to clients throughout their recovery and legal journey.

Melissa is the dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager at TSF Law who has been with the firm since its inception.
Bringing over 10 years of experience as a senior law clerk and legal assistant in all aspects of personal injury, Melissa has seamlessly transitioned to overseeing the firm’s marketing, technology, human resources and financial management of the firm.
As the Office Manager at TSF Law, Melissa oversees a spectrum of responsibilities essential to the firm’s functioning. From managing day-to-day operations to optimizing workflow processes, she ensures the team can focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Understanding the pivotal role a law firm plays in the lives of its clients, Melissa is committed to providing a welcoming and efficient environment.
